Raging Brook

As a photographer, one is constantly trying to learn more and perfect their craft. Capturing the image is just step one. Portraying the scene, expressing your vision through the digital darkroom, is equally as important.

One of the first photos captured that truly helped me grasp the craft. Recall visiting this location often before finalizing a composition. Though rough, the deep greens of the moss and vibrant autumn colors really struck me. The learning process of taking long exposures was both baffling and thrilling. Iicing on the cake, this image was featured in a YouTube video by Atillio Ruffo.
